Church Security Standard Operations Procedures
As a ministry and a business we have networked with a number of security experts, professionals, and religious leaders to prepare a security manual for the church. This outline will help you develop a plan of action for your ministry. It doesn't matter if you have a small congregation or a mega church, your place of worship should be a place of safety and security for all during worship services and ministry meetings.
We can prepare and design a site-specific (SOP) for your ministry. This document contains a CD which has a church security ministry manual, set-up forms, position charts, security team duties, planning calanders, and a yearly newsletter to this ministry for your team. Get Involved

The greatest gift is in my opinion is a gift of service. Some of us have the ability to give more than others; no I am not talking about money. But the gift I am referring to is the gift of time. Time spent helping others can help us as well. We get to see how others live, how others cope, and how others endure hardships in life, most importantly how we can help. How we can help our local agencies in the community.
There are a number of areas we can serve such as;
- The American Red Cross
- CERT (community response team members)
- Local Law Enforcements & Fire Departments
- Local Volunteer EMS Rescue Squads
- State Emergency Management Agencies
- Salvation Army
- Citizen Corps
Contact your local county/city authorities for information. Giving the gift of time can produce lasting rewards when you see the positive impact you can make in the community.
Yours in Christ
F.Dorsey Houston
